The ideal candidate has a background in wastewater, water or civil infrastructure projects, with strong stakeholder management, leadership and programme delivery skills. We welcome flexible, part‑time and hybrid working arrangements where suitable.

Qualifications

• Background in wastewater, water or civil infrastructure projects.
• Ability to obtain security clearance within the client's organisation.
• Experience delivering projects in live, sensitive environments.
• Experience delivering projects in listed buildings.
• Skilled communicator and negotiator with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative, organised and able to train others while managing processes independently.

• Managing budgets responsibly, driving ethical, sustainable outcomes and shaping long‑term strategic direction.

• Managing end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timeframes, budgets and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Driving collaboration across client, consultant and contractor teams, managing senior stakeholders and governance.
• Providing strategic expertise and leadership to align delivery with Mace’s priorities.

We are currently hiring for a number of positions across the North West of Ireland, Mayo, Galway, Sligo, Leitrim, Donegal based candidates or those looking to move out west are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background across wastewater or water projects.

You’ll Be Responsible For
