Job summary

Pandora is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our Ecommerce Operations Team in a fast-paced, jewellery-focused environment. You will perform picking, packing and processing with accuracy and care, while handling valuable items and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills for inventory and packing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and problem-solving when issues arise.
• Prior experience in fulfilment or warehouse roles is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable in a physically active role, including standing and moving for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack jewellery orders.
• Perform quality checks on jewellery pieces before shipping to ensure standards.
• Process orders using warehouse management systems and fulfilment software.
• Label and prepare parcels for courier dispatch, adhering to packaging guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory.
• Assist in stock replenishment and regular inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and security procedures, particularly with valuable items.
• Collaborate with Customer Service team.
• Handle returns within company guidelines.
• Handle incoming deliveries, including heavy lifting and sorting stock.
• Maintain and organise packaging supplies for smooth order fulfilment.
• Assemble packaging materials as needed for orders.
• Oversee disposal of recycling materials.
• Perform adhoc duties as requested by management.

Working Hours

20- 40-hour minimum contract depending upon interview discussions.
