Job summary

Maje is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Flagship concession in Brown Thomas, Grafton Street, Dublin. You will support the Store Manager with commercial and operational management, supervise a team, and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

You will help animate the store, ensure VM guidelines are followed, and contribute to the brand’s ambitious projects while pursuing opportunities for career development within Maje and the SMCP Group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to coach and train team members to deliver high service levels.
• Strong understanding of VM guidelines and in-store execution.

An Assistant Store Manager position, in our Flagship concession in Brown Thomas, Grafton Street.

On a day-to-day basis at Maje, your role will be to support the Store Manager by assisting with the commercial and operational management of the store, the management of a team, the coaching and training of the team members, the animation in store and the respect of our VM guidelines.
