Job summary

Superdry is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ireland to lead and inspire the store team, drive sales performance, and deliver the brand experience the Superdry way.

You will coach staff, manage visual merchandising standards, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding the store's culture and values. A proven track record in retail leadership and the ability to develop others are essential.
