The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the planning unit at UCD. We welcome applications from outstanding scholars who can either consolidate and deepen our current institutional specialisms or expand our expertise into emerging, innovative fields. Areas may include but are not limited to: Major Infrastructure Planning and Delivery; Energy Planning and Climate Change; Spatial & Environmental Justice; Smart Cities & Digital Technologies: Sustainable Mobility & Transport Planning; Housing Dynamics; and Urban & Regional Economic Development.
