Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a food production, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a supervisory, team leader, or junior management role preferred.
• Certification in HACCP or a related food safety program is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work early, late, and weekend shifts as required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in planning, organising, and managing daily production schedules.
• Monitor production lines, respond to operational challenges, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
• Support the supervision and development of production supervisors, line leads, and operatives.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, and minor disciplinary issues in line with company policies.
• Liaise with Procurement, Supply Chain, NPD, and technical teams.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to resolve quality issues.
