Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead, coach and inspire others.
Strong communication and people skills for building positive relationships within the team.
Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to improving store performance.
Passion for health and wellness with willingness to learn product knowledge.
Confidence using digital tools to support customers and store operations.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering health and wellness guidance.
Drive commercial performance by supporting sales, profitability and operations.
Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising and promotions are delivered well.
Create a safe, compliant and inclusive environment for colleagues and customers.
Support recruitment, onboarding and colleague development.
