Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a leadership role within a specialist mental health service in Dublin. You will provide clinical and professional leadership to nursing teams, driving quality improvement, governance, and service development.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with NMBI, with at least seven years post-registration experience and significant management experience at CNM level or above.

Qualifications

• Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) with active NMBI registration.
• Minimum 7 years' post-registration experience within mental health.
• Significant management experience at CNM level or above.
• Strong background in clinical governance, quality improvement, and service delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health legislation and regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
