Inclusive Living Ireland is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Services to join our senior management team. This key leadership role supports governance, quality and the ongoing development of our residential disability services across the Midlands, North East and Dublin.

We require a senior manager with a strong background in HIQA-regulated disability services, excellent leadership skills and a commitment to delivering rights-based, person-centred services.

We’re Hiring – Assistant Director of Services

Inclusive Living is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Services to join our senior management team.

This is a key leadership role supporting the governance, quality and continued development of our residential disability services across the Midlands, North East and Dublin.

We are looking for an experienced senior manager with a strong background in HIQA-regulated disability services, excellent leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, rights-based and person-centred services.

Salary scale from €72,843 dependent on level of experience and benchmarked against the relevant HSE salary scale, + plus performance-related bonus.
