Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is expanding its Irish operations and seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support the branch manager in driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have automotive or motor factor experience, be capable of leading a team, and proficiently use online and Windows-based cataloguing systems to manage stock and customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with achieving branch sales, margins and targets.
• Ensure first-class service to all customers.
• Drive the branch team to deliver great customer service and meet promotional targets.
• Manage branch running costs and stock control, including stocktaking and adjustments.
• Oversee cash handling and key customer accounts.
• Support senior management in policies and procedures.
• Communicate aims and objectives to the team.
• Oversee daily branch operations and health and safety.
