Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in microbiology, sterility, contamination control, or aseptic processing.
• Minimum 8–10 years in senior leadership with enterprise accountability.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing modalities (small molecule, biologics, cell/gene therapy).
• Proven experience with global regulatory frameworks (FDA 21 CFR, EU GMP Annex 1, ICH Q9/Q10, USP).

Responsibilities

• Govern enterprise aseptic and microbial control practices across sites.
• Provide executive-level leadership for Quality Council and EAC activities.
• Define and maintain escalation thresholds for contamination events and systemic risks.
• Establish enterprise-wide policies, standards, and procedures for aseptic operations.
