A leading employment services provider in Galway is seeking an operational manager to lead a local team. The position involves coaching staff, achieving financial targets, and delivering exceptional service. Candidates should have significant management experience in a customer-facing environment and a strong background in people management and operational success. We’ve an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic operational manager to lead our local team in one of our centres. You’ll be at the frontline of our business, changing lives by identifying and securing sustainable employment opportunities for the long‑term unemployed.

Ideally you’ll currently operate as a middle manager within the retail or contract services sectors and be ready to take your next step in your career. We need your strong interpersonal skills and your excitement of meeting new challenges in a different and rewarding sector. Some experience of developing collaborative relationships with stakeholders would be of benefit too.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of €48,000 to €58,500 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
