Job summary

Johnson Controls Ireland HVAC offers an internship opportunity in its MWPC IT team to design AI-powered marketing solutions. You will explore RAG, prompt orchestration, and governance while integrating AI with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

You'll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, secure AI services, while learning modern cloud technologies and software development practices in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/SE/IS/EE/Math/Data Science or related STEM.
• Comfort with AI concepts and software development practices.
• Interest in cloud, web technologies, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered marketing applications.
• Work with RAG, prompt orchestration, and AI evaluation frameworks.

• Integrate AI capabilities with marketing platforms, CRM systems, web applications, and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, software developers, and marketing teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, version control, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Support application modernization and rationalization initiatives by consolidating capabilities into reusable AI services.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration designs.
• Ensure solutions adhere to data privacy, security, compliance, and AI governance standards.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and contribute innovative ideas, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
