Job summary

Jobtailor in Dublin is seeking a senior Applied AI Lead to identify high-value AI use cases, shape a roadmap, and drive the design and deployment of AI-powered product features and internal solutions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, promote experimentation, and manage lifecycle practices, leveraging 5+ years in applied AI and ML, preferably with finance industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of experience in applied AI, machine learning, or AI-enabled product development
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• Experience delivering AI solutions into production environments
• Experience working cross-functionally within product, engineering, and data organizations
• Experience in the Finance industry is preferred
