Select Tech Group, an Apple Premium Reseller with stores across Ireland, is seeking an Assistant Manager for a flagship Dublin store. You will lead one of the group’s key locations, driving revenue, profitability and exceptional Apple-standard service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will mentor the Store Team Members, manage day-to-day operations, ensure top-tier customer experiences, and collaborate with managers to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in retail.
• Experience managing people.
• Ability to drive standard of customer service and targets.

Responsabilités

• Mentor Store Team Members (STMs) and provide coaching.
• Support delivery of customer service targets and KPIs.
• Manage daily shop floor operations for sales and service.
• Ensure merchandising standards are maintained and store looks its best.
• Oversee cash handling, banking and store close procedures.
• Prepare schedules, order supplies and write reports.
• Develop STMs through regular training and reviews.
