MSD Ireland is seeking an Analytical Sciences Specialist at our Carlow site. You will lead end-to-end lifecycle management of site analytical procedures, drive method introductions, validation, and tech transfers across site labs while ensuring robust technical rationales for operations.

You will evaluate new technologies to optimize analytical performance, oversee changes to methods and equipment, and provide expert troubleshooting and regulatory support to cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in the pharma industry.
• Strong experience in tech transfer/validation.
• Excellent communication skills to build strong cross-functional relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead new method introductions, including method validation and technical transfers across site laboratories.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize analytical performance and efficiency.
• Assess and implement changes for existing methods and equipment (e.g., parameter or column changes).
• Provide expert troubleshooting for analytical methods and laboratory instrumentation to resolve complex technical issues.
• Serve as technical SME for regulatory questions and audit support, reagent changes and supply issues.
