This is an Early Careers opportunity in Depositary Operation services.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Working as part of a team and Independently
  • Preparing fund board reports and monthly reports that require a thorough review
  • Completing allocated tests as part of on site inspection process
  • Completing fund NAV reviews
  • Performing investment restriction oversight including update to the breaches registers
  • Completing the majority of allocated tasks in a timely manner
  • Identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines
  • Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts
  • Working effectively as a team member but also independently
  • Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job
  • Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job
The ideal candidate should have a fair amount of the following skills & experience:
  • Good communication skill; verbal, non-verbal and written
  • Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA, Certificate / Diploma in Mutual Funds) / or studying towards, is a plus.
