Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a directly related field, by summer 2027, or equivalent work experience; New grad candidates should have no more than 18 months of professional experience.
• Experience with programming in Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go.
• Experience from internships or multi-person coding projects (university or professional).
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems through independent research with mentor support.
• Clear written communication skills to explain work to stakeholders and teammates.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development while applying rigorous critical thinking.
