State Street is recruiting a Fund Accounting Officer in Dublin to support our Alternatives Fund Accounting team. You will lead day‑to‑day team activities, escalate operational issues and build strong client relationships across hedge funds, private markets funds and crypto funds.

You will contribute to transformation initiatives, participate in new client engagements and help expand our global operating model while maintaining robust controls and risk management in a fast‑moving funds

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to elevate where appropriate.
• At least 4 years experience in Fund Accounting.

Responsabilités

• Team management – Day to day management of team members, maintenance of assigned activities, allocate and coordinate resources and handle personnel related issues.
• Acting as escalation point for operational issues, providing technical expertise as needed
• Relationship Building - Manage and develop relationships with clients, counterparties and other external parties. You will act as a State Street representative to our clients.
• Client focus - Consistent and active awareness of the client's needs. Proactively sourcing ways to improve and promote quality. Displays a commitment to excellence. Ability to manage client's expectations and deal with their queries.
• Collaborate on Transformation design initiatives, system enhancements or new requirements on behalf of the team, including the development of new product servicing, such as our expanding crypto servicing offering.
• Participation in new client engagements, initialization of funds and the expansion of the global operating model.
• Review and update department Operational processes, to ensure controls remain effective and account for dynamic changes in client requirements, mitigating operational risk wherever possible.

As a Fund Accounting Officer, You Will Be :
