Sky Handling Partner is hiring a Coach Driver for Airside Operations in a busy airport environment. You will transport passengers between terminal and aircraft, ensuring safety and delivering high standards of service.

The role requires a full Category D licence, strong English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. It offers a full-time permanent contract with a six-month probation and a gross salary of €37,000, plus overtime opportunities and a 4 on, 2 off shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Full Category D Licence required to operate passenger coaches.
• Minimum age 18.
• Pass a 5-year Garda vetting/background check.
• Right to work in the EU.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Flexible for shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Reliable and punctual with strong attendance.
• Professional appearance per SHP standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-trip vehicle checks to ensure coaches are safe and ready for operation.
• Transport passengers safely and efficiently between aircraft and terminal.
• Deliver a professional and friendly experience for all passengers.
• Prioritise safety at all times while driving and assisting passengers.
• Check vehicles before and after trips for any lost belongings.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coach interior and exterior.
• Communicate delays or updates to supervisor promptly.
• Report faults or maintenance issues as they arise.
• Adhere to uniform and safety standards, including high-visibility gear.
• Support the wider team with additional duties when required.
