Puffy, a market-leading D2C mattress brand, is hiring an AI Video Creator reporting to the Director of Marketing to own AI video production across ads and product pages.

You will design concepts, generate footage, edit, color grade and mix audio, building a pipeline from script to ship at volume. Expect autonomy, fast growth and an AI-first workflow in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Direct response portfolio demonstrating ads designed to drive action and measurable results.
• Ability to maintain character consistency across multiple generated shots.
• Hands-on AI video generation across multiple models to solve production problems.
• Strong fundamentals in AI image generation for controlled creative starting points.
• Post-production expertise including compositing, color grading, and clean-up.

Own the AI video pipeline for a $1Billion+ brand. The media is already scaled — the constraint is creative that converts, on the feed and on the page.

Total Annual Package: Up to AED 22,000/month (tax-free) + monthly performance bonus of up to 10% of base

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) with relocation assistance and visa support

Growth path from here is Senior AI Video Creator → Creative Lead. What takes 4-5 years elsewhere happens in 1-2 here.

We've been AI-first since December 2023: In this role, tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Seedance, Midjourney and Flux are part of the production workflow — not side experiments. AI gets you to footage faster; your judgment decides whether the hook works, the product looks real, the edit holds attention and the finished asset is ready to ship.

Role Overview

Puffy, a market-leading, nine-figure D2C brand and Top 5 US mattress brand with over $1Billion in sales, is hiring an AI Video Creator, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. You will own AI video production across cold-traffic ads on Meta, TikTok and YouTube and product videos on Puffy.com, covering concept and script, image generation, motion, editing, compositing, colour and audio. This role exists to turn already-scaled media spend into creative that converts, building the production pipeline that carries a hook from script to shippable asset at volume without the craft slipping.

You will have the rare opportunity to take on a broad scope of work with unmatched autonomy.

• The scope is scarce: very few AI Video Creators get simultaneous ownership of video creative for both paid advertising and the product page. And a direct line to the Director of Marketing with no layers in between.
• Your first 12 months: build the prompt and reference library for character and material consistency. Produce direct-response ads at volume for Meta and TikTok cold prospecting, multiple concepts per week. Solve character consistency across shots, including AI-generated spokespeople delivering to camera. Produce realism-first product video for Puffy.com from real product photography. Get material behaviour right — foam that compresses under a hand and recovers on release, fabric that moves like fabric. Master the invisible edit, blending generated footage with stock and shot footage until the AI elements are indistinguishable. Read CTR, hold rates and drop-off points and iterate the hook against what audiences actually do. Shape the future of AI video at Puffy, where creative is the binding constraint on a media engine that is already scaled.

In most companies, video people make things that look good and hope somebody tests them. Here, you're the person whose first 3 seconds decide whether a cold audience stops scrolling, and whose product clip decides whether a shopper believes what's on screen is what arrives in the box. When an ad drives outbound CTR but not orders, your read on where it broke — hook, promise, or landing experience, is the reason the next iteration wins. You'll build the judgment to tell shippable generated footage from footage a shopper quietly distrusts and the direct-response instinct for where proof lands in a 30-second ad and where it kills the momentum. Puffy has been AI-First since December 2023, so you'll build that judgment with an AI-native toolbox behind you rather than an agency turnaround time in front of you.

What You'll Need

• Direct response portfolio — You've created ads designed to drive action, not just entertain. Performance results are valued where available.
• Character consistency work — You can maintain coherent characters, environments and visual details across multiple generated shots.
• AI video generation fluency — Hands-on experience with tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Seedance or similar. You understand that different models solve different production problems.
• Strong AI image-generation fundamentals — Midjourney, Flux or similar tools for building controlled visual starting points and references.
• Post-production expertise — Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci or similar. You're comfortable with compositing, colour grading, clean-up and upscaling.
• Audio proficiency — AI voice synthesis, music and sound design for performance creative.
• Direct-response judgment — You understand hooks, pacing, problem/solution structure, proof, offers and calls to action.
• Production speed — You can create and iterate multiple assets without treating every piece like a weeks-long production.
• Quality judgment — You know when generated footage is strong enough to ship, when it needs post-production and when the right decision is to regenerate it.

• DTC or e-commerce performance marketing experience
