We seek an AI Client Engagement Manager (Sponsor Assurance Lead) to oversee sponsor assurance activities, ensure audit readiness, and deliver trusted, compliant AI solutions in regulated environments.

The role engages cross-functional teams and external sponsors, driving governance, risk management, and transparency across our Enterprise AI portfolio in a hybrid Dublin setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in assurance, quality, compliance, or client‑facing roles.
• Experience engaging with external sponsors, clients, or regulators.
• Knowledge of GDPR, EU AI Act, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Lead sponsor assurance activities and maintain audit readiness.
• Deliver trusted, compliant AI solutions and governance artifacts.
• Develop and maintain an assurance framework and evidence repository.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure complete, audit‑ready evidence.
• Manage sponsor assurance reviews and due diligence sessions.
