Job summary

ZenaTech is expanding in Ireland and seeks an Agricultural Sales Development Representative to grow our agricultural business. You will build relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses, identify opportunities, and develop a strong sales pipeline across Ireland (Dunboyne on-site, with Cork option).

Successful candidates have a strong agricultural background, are comfortable with outreach and CRM management, and can drive growth in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Strong agricultural background with hands-on farming experience.
• Understanding of farming practices and farmers' needs.
• Sales, business development or lead generation experience desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses and stakeholders.
• Identify and qualify new customers and opportunities.
• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email, social selling and networking.
• Understand customer needs and identify tech-driven opportunities.
• Conduct market research and identify key decision-makers.
• Nurture prospects and manage inbound leads.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM.
• Meet sales development and pipeline targets.
