Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland offers Before School, After School and Holiday Club programmes, operating on-site at schools with an hourly compensation of 15.00–15.75 EUR. The role is part-time and requires Garda vetting and references before starting.

As a staff member you will supervise children, assist with homework, and engage them in structured activities. A dynamic, energetic approach and a safe, inclusive environment are essential daily commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Basic knowledge of child development and safety.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Garda vetting to be completed after interview.
• At least 2 written references before starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.
• Engage in planned activities indoors and outdoors daily.
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to working with children.
• Assist with games, crafts and group activities; ensure a safe, clean and inclusive environment.

Job Description

Supervise children during activities and free play

Assistwith homework and educational tasks

Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.

Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Assistwith games, crafts, and group activities

Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment

Qualifications

Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
