We specialise in age-prevention & restorative non-invasive treatments including but not limited to Botox, Dermal fillers, Skin boosters, Thread lifts, and more. We have an exciting vacancy for an Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis, working in our Leinster clinics.

This position will be responsible for performing aesthetic procedures in a medical setting with genuine care. The Aesthetic Practitioner will work to ensure that a high-quality trusted experience is delivered with outstanding service and results to all patients. RESPONSIBILTIES

• Carry out a full consultation, discussing benefits and risk assessment of treatment procedures
• In line with medical protocols, be responsible for patient care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatments to ensure the best outcome for the patient
• Formulate and administer treatment plans that are suitable for the patient in line with medical protocols including Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, thread lifts, and more
• Review patients post treatment as required
• Keep up to date with medical developments and treatments
• Take part and provide professional training when required
• Ensure best practice is adhered to at all times for patient care
• Ensure that a high-quality service is provided to all our patients
• Be proactive in identifying and implementing initiatives to improve patient satisfaction
• Be passionate about helping people to achieve greater confidence
• Participate in Clinic events and presentations, as well as demonstrating old and new treatments/procedures
• Be willing to participate in videos for the Company’s social media accounts
• Any other duties as reasonably required

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Patient focused with an empathetic and personable approach to patient care
• Irish Medical Council/Irish Dental Council valid licence
• Have an interest in aesthetic medicine (primarily Botox and dermal fillers)
• A team player with excellent attitude towards your work
• Full driving licence and own vehicle required

AND, WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?

• Permanent, Full Time role - 4 days per week with one 5-day week per month
• Base salary €65,000. PLUS annual performance based bonus of up to 30% of base salary, AND additional monthly incentive. Full package up to €110,000 including bonus & monthly commission structure
