The successful candidate will develop independent research, secure external funding and contribute to teaching, supervision and program leadership within the School of Engineering.

The role requires a primary degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering and a doctoral degree, with a strong record in research, teaching excellence, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (NFQ level 10) in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering.
• Primary degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish an independent research programme with extramural funding.
• Lecture Aerospace Engineering Design and supervise postgraduate research.
• Contribute to School of Engineering activities and international collaborations.
