  • Oversee the completion and review of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring reconciling items are investigated and resolved on a timely basis.
  • Perform and review balance sheet and P&L variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and required adjustments.
  • Support the preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting packages.

  • Review bridge files and financial statements, confirming alignment to trial balances and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Support adherence to reporting deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Act as a key liaison between operational teams, clients, and senior management.

  • Partner with Dynamics and wider technology teams on process optimisation initiatives.
  • Contribute to project management activities and continuous improvement programmes across the finance function.
Skills & Experience
  • ACA / ACCA qualified with approximately 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in a financial reporting, RTR, or accounting operations environment.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience managing month-end close and financial reporting processes.
  • Experience reviewing complex reconciliations and accounting areas across multiple entities.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with BlackLine or similar reconciliation and close management tools is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working within a shared services, outsourced finance, or BPO environment would be beneficial.
  • Experience supporting global or multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions and reporting frameworks is desirable.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of international and multinational clients.
  • Exposure to leading ERP platforms including NetSuite SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
