Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in Infectious Disease / HIV
• Experience leading medicines optimisation as part of the ID MDT
• Knowledge of protocols for drug storage, handling and safe use

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ID pharmacy services in a clinical and operational framework
• Lead medicines optimisation and cost-effective use of HIV and hepatitis C medicines
• Demonstrate leadership and team management skills within a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to training and development of others in pharmacy and MDT
