Receptionist / Administrator – Full‑time

Job Summary: The purpose of the Front of House Receptionist / Administrator is to provide exceptional customer service, with a compassionate and empathetic approach, to the residents, their families and visitors. A key part of the role is providing administrative support to the management, financial and HR functions of the home.

Duties include:

  • Reception and telephone duties
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Providing administrative support to the management
  • Attending to resident and visitor queries
  • Ensuring confidentiality of resident details
  • Preparation of payroll report
  • General administration duties
