Job summary

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work with a strong team, handling supplier invoices, payment runs, supplier queries, month-end activities, and accounts receivable while learning new systems and processes in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar finance role is an advantage.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Processing and reconciling supplier invoices.
• Preparing and issuing payment runs
• Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries
• Supporting month-end activities.
• Supporting accounts receivable.
• Other ad-hoc finance tasks.
