The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for a variety of transactional finance duties. The role offers exposure across multiple areas of the finance function and is ideal for someone looking to expand their skill set in a dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable: post transactions, reconcile vendor accounts, and resolve queries
  • Support accounts receivable: post customer cash receipts, reconcile accounts, and handle queries
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Generate monthly cashflow reports
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts
  • Support year‑end audit processes
  • Provide ad hoc support to the finance team on administrative and project‑related tasks
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar finance role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach in a fast‑paced environment
