Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to work as a contractor, remotely worldwide. You will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, review financial statements, and improve training data across ERP platforms like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks.

You will annotate journal entries, perform reconciliations, and provide actionable feedback to enhance model accuracy and financial reporting. Strong Excel and data-analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements is required.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ERP/financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365, Workday) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.

• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Financial Systems & Accounting Experts to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You'll apply your accounting judgment and financial systems expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and training data.

Prior experience in AI training or human-data work is required . Simply using AI features within accounting software does not qualify.

Scope of Work

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments .

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements .
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday , or comparable financial systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
• Familiarity with tools such as BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Prior paid experience in AI training, data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric‑based grading is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above ).
• Ability to work independently and meet project quality standards and deadlines.
