Qualifications

  • Qualifications: CPA/ACCA, or qualified by experience.
  • Software: SAP and Sage40 with strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Preparation: Prepare statutory year-end financial statements for limited companies and sole traders to a high standard, ready for final partner review.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit periodic tax returns, including VAT and Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT).
  • Income Tax and Corporation Tax: Prepare Income Tax (Form 11) for sole traders/directors and Corporation Tax (Form CT1).
  • Client Management: Act as main point of contact for routine client queries, helping them understand numbers and deadlines.
  • Revenue Liaison: Assist in communications with Revenue via ROS.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Qualified Accountant to join a growing team. In this role, you will manage everyday prepare year-end financial statements, and handle income tax and corporation tax returns as well as VAT. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating directly with clients.
