Job summary

Google is seeking an Accelerated Growth Consultant in Ireland to drive growth for Google's advertising products across EMEA. You will own a fast-paced sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and deliver incremental outcomes for customers while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

The role emphasizes ability to engage with SMBs and mid-market clients, deliver strategic marketing solutions, and operate with velocity in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
• Ability to communicate in English and Danish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
• Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of business in addition to close partnership with our marketing teams.
• Establish relationships via phone calls or email marketing and design marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer sales experience.
• Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display Network platforms.)

• Ability to move fast and grow in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
• Ability to own an advertising or media sales portfolio in Denmark, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.

Ireland: €76000 - €77500 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits
