Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Printer to operate an 8 colour wide web printing press to meet the highest print quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

You will manage print helpers, ensure machine maintenance, and drive daily productivity while optimising ink usage and colour accuracy. The role requires clear communication and adherence to ISO quality procedures, with on-site responsibilities in Donegal.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a modern 8 colour Flexographic Print machine.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in colour matching.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee print helpers and assistants.
• Maintain cleanliness and daily/weekly maintenance of press and surroundings.
• Meet daily productivity targets of the shift.
• Set up jobs efficiently to minimise ink and materials use.
• Train print helpers on print setup, colour management, and printing.
