What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience for Associate Specialist level; 3-5 years for Specialist level within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or vaccine sectors
• Hands-on experience working in GMP-regulated laboratories
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC/UHPLC, CE-SDS, icIEF, and ELISA
• Familiarity with analytical method validation, transfer, and verification processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Empower Software, Solo VPE, and Cell-Based Assays
• Background in digital method development
• Knowledge of laboratory investigations, root cause analysis, and GMP documentation practices
• Experience with chromatography, electrophoresis, and compendial testing

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience for Associate Specialists; 3-5 years for Specialists in a similar setting
• Proven track record in analytical testing and technical documentation within regulated environments
