  • Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or Associate's degree with 4 years relevant experience, or high school diploma with 6 years relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English speaking and writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Support project tasks and milestones, organizing work to meet deadlines.
  • Assist the shared services site team and direct reports, ensuring effective communication with internal and external professionals.
  • Adhere to compliance and controls, supporting Corporate Audit and reviews.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and market approvers to manage exceptions and approvals.
  • Review healthcare contract standards for external professionals and maintain customer relationships.
  • Perform period-end financial close activities and meet deadlines.
  • Develop financial information by researching and analyzing accounting data for management requests.
  • Identify key groups for regular interaction and aid timely delivery of standardized financial processes.
  • Learn and apply basic team effectiveness skills within the Work Team.
  • Make decisions within limited options under supervisor guidance to resolve basic problems.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English speaking and writing
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
  • Pharmaceutical industry or contracts experience
  • System application & products / SAP experience
  • Good organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement
