Job summary

Triv, one of Indonesia's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, is seeking a creative Videographer & Editor for our Surabaya office to deliver high-quality video content and end-to-end editing.

You will plan, shoot, and edit for YouTube and other platforms, collaborate with marketing, add motion graphics, and adapt videos for cross‑platform distribution.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in videography, with a portfolio and experience in YouTube formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film/Multimedia/Communication/Visual Arts or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of videography and video editing experience.
• Strong filming and storytelling skills with a focus on YouTube content.
• Basic to intermediate motion graphics skills using After Effects or similar software.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop strong video concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Ensure high-quality visuals, sound, and pacing to maximize viewer engagement.
• Incorporate basic motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video quality.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Organize and maintain video files, raw footage, and project archives systematically.
• Operate and maintain video equipment, lighting, and audio gear as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and industry best practices.
• Adapt videos into different formats and lengths for cross-platform distribution.
• Work proactively to propose fresh ideas and creative approaches to storytelling.
