Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients (designers, architects, private clients)
- Serve as the first point of contact: consultations, questions, gathering preferences
- Coordinate commercial offers with the project manager and design team
- Explain technical or production limitations clearly and constructively
- Guide clients throughout all project stages: briefing, production, delivery, feedback
- Use CRM tools to manage contacts, follow‑ups, and project data
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
- Handle escalations and respond to unusual or complex requests professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer‑facing roles in premium segments (design, architecture, furniture)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of furniture production processes is a plus
- Confident computer user, able to learn digital tools quickly
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), minimum B2 level — many clients are international or expats
- Willing to work on‑site at our factory in Bali

Tasks
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies specifically tailored to the Forex and Prop Trading market to accelerate revenue growth.

Requirements
