PetroSea in Kalimantan Tengah seeks a Welders Supervisor to monitor daily welding activities, ensure technical accuracy, and support preventive measures to address recurring failure trends in the maintenance team.

You will plan tools, spare parts, consumables, and manpower for site maintenance and repair, review work orders, submit timely reports, analyze failures, and drive SHE initiatives toward ISO standards and a target zero LTI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Welder in mining with leadership duties.
• Certifications in welding or trades may be required.
• Ability to operate welding machines and related equipment.
• Knowledge of structural repairs and proper welding procedures.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and coordinate daily welding activities to ensure technical accuracy and efficiency.
• Plan and supervise welder tools, parts, consumables, and manpower for site maintenance and repair.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on work orders; ensure backlog parts are ordered.
• Review failures to plant, analyze trends, and advise on safe operation to prevent major failures.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and ISO-aligned safety standards with a target Zero LTI.
