Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Remote Website Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to client and business specifications. You will build user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces while ensuring high performance, security, and smooth backend integration.

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive websites and web applications across various browsers and mobile devices.
  

• Front-End & Back-End Integration: Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend code, integrating APIs and database services where required.
  

• CMS Customization: Build and customize CMS platforms (such as WordPress, Web flow, or Shopify) using custom themes and plugins.
  

• Performance Optimization: Optimize site performance, loading speeds, and scalability to deliver an exceptional user experience.
  

• SEO & Accessibility: Implement best practices for technical SEO, web accessibility (WCAG), and modern security standards.
  

• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough cross-browser testing, identify bugs, and resolve technical issues quickly.
  

• Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers, content creators, and product managers in an asynchronous remote environment to deliver projects on schedule.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
  

• Backend Knowledge: Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, PHP, or Python) and relational/non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  

• CMS Experience: Hands-on experience developing with WordPress, Web flow, or similar content management systems.
  

• Tools & Workflows: Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control and familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
  

• Remote Work Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong self-discipline, and comfort working independently across time zones.
  

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating past web development projects and custom code solutions.
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Next.js).
  

• Familiarity with web hosting management, DNS setup, and CI/CD pipelines.
  

• Understanding of web analytics setup (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
