Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. As a Web3 UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences. Day-to-day tasks include creating mockups, visual designs, and prototypes, as well as collaborating with front-end developers to bring designs to life. You will work closely with the product team to ensure the designs meet user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on Web3, crypto, or decentralized applications (dApps).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for responsive, accessible, and scalable digital products.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Experience designing for blockchain-based user flows such as wallet integrations, transaction confirmations, NFTs, and on-chain data visualization.
• Ability to translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
• Strong grasp of design systems, component libraries, and design tokens in modern front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with Web3 tools and platforms.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and blockchain engineers in agile or lean environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to rationalize design decisions based on data, research, and product vision.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in motion design, 3D interfaces, or micro-interactions for immersive blockchain experiences.
• Understanding of token economies, DeFi, NFT ecosystems, or DAO governance models.
• Background in designing for community-driven or open-source projects.
