Job summary

PT Sea Group’s HQ Finance Data & Systems team develops and maintains finance applications that support Garena, Shopee, and Monee across regional markets. You will work with senior product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create self-developed web applications throughout the full product lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong UX sense, and familiarity with Agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality product deliverables including FPIs, PRDs, and Figma designs.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of design systems for consistency across products.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth execution of the product lifecycle.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from users, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Conduct backlog reviews and prioritize features.
• Track progress and metrics to ensure delivery and adoption of releases.
• Support go-to-market plans including documentation, demos, and user communications.

You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the Data & Systems function is responsible for the development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of finance applications, enabling efficient and scalable operations through robust system solutions. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to support the development and enhancement of our self-developed web applications, gaining the opportunity for hands-on experience in the full product lifecycle while contributing to impactful solutions.

• Produce high-quality product deliverables including interactive high-fidelity prototypes, product requirement documents (PRDs), and Figma designs to clearly communicate product vision and specifications.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems, proposing improvements that promote consistency, reusability, and scalability across products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure smooth execution.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from users, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular backlog reviews and recommend prioritization for feature releases.
• Track progress and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery and adoption of releases.
• Support go-to-market plans including documentation, demos, and user communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong design sensibility and UX intuition, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to design decisions and provide constructive suggestions grounded in design systems and user-centered principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
• Hardworking with acute attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfortable working with data and basic tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, analytics dashboards)
