ScaleOcean is seeking a versatile Web Developer to maintain and enhance our core websites. You will build high-converting landing pages, add new site features, and ensure seamless integration between our custom platform and content ecosystem.

You will work with native PHP, customize WordPress themes/plugins, and implement tracking pixels and SEO practices to support marketing campaigns. Collaboration across design, marketing, and product teams is essential.

Formación

• Strong PHP skills with clean, secure code, minimal framework reliance.
• WordPress theme/plugin development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with GTM tracking, SEO, and marketing pixel integration.
• Awareness of web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals best practices.
• Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect code.

We are looking for a versatile Web Developer to manage and enhance our web presence. You will be responsible for maintaining our core websites. Your primary goal is to build high-converting landing pages, implement new site features, and ensure a seamless integration between our custom platform and our content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Feature Development: Build and maintain custom features for the core product using Native PHP.

Landing Page Optimization: Develop, test, and deploy high-performance landing pages for marketing campaigns.

WordPress Management: Customize and maintain the blog. ensuring it aligns with the main site’s branding and performance standards.

Version Control: Manage code updates using Git, following our specific workflow of maintaining the core product while excluding.

Marketing Integration: Implement tracking pixels (GTM, Meta, etc.), SEO best practices, and lead-capture forms.

Technical Requirements

Native PHP: Strong proficiency in writing clean, secure, and efficient PHP code without heavy reliance on frameworks.

WordPress: Experience with theme customization, plugin management, and troubleshooting..

Git Workflow: Comfortable using Git for version control and branching.

Databases: Basic understanding of MySQL for both custom applications and WordPress.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Web Core Vitals and performance optimization.

Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect code.
