Job description
About the Job

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially-driven Wealth Portfolio Manager to join our growing team. This is a critical growth role, distinct from our initial implementation team. You will take full ownership of our established, live wealth management partnerships (including RDN) and be responsible for scaling their performance.

Your mission is to monitor, analyze, and optimize our entire wealth product portfolio. You will dive deep into data to uncover opportunities, then work collaboratively with partners, data analytics, branding and customer engagement teams to design and execute initiatives that drive adoption, AUM, and revenue growth.

What You Will Do
  • Portfolio Performance & Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of all live wealth management partnerships. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as acquisition, AUM, transaction volume, user adoption, active rates, and fee-based revenue.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Leverage data analysis, customer feedback, and market insights to identify and develop strategic initiatives aimed at portfolio growth, cross-selling, and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Drive Growth Initiatives: Partner closely with Customer Engagement, Data Analytics, and Marketing teams to design, launch, and manage campaigns and strategies that drive customer adoption, education, and increased investment.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Act as the primary business contact for existing partners. Manage the ongoing relationship to ensure smooth operations, resolve business challenges, and collaboratively explore opportunities for mutual growth.
  • Reporting & Strategic Insights: Develop and deliver compelling business presentations, performance reports, and data-driven dashboards for senior management. Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
What You Need to Have
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in portfolio management, product management, business development, or an analytics-driven role within wealth management, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of financial products or partnerships.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. High proficiency in data analysis, data-driven decision-making, and performance monitoring (e.g., expertise in Excel, familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and data-rich business decks.
  • Strong understanding of investment products (e.g., Mutual Funds, Bonds, RDN), customer financial needs, and the wealth management landscape.
  • Expertise in customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong project management skills to manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously.
