Job Description:

  • Conduct analysis of penetration across all customer segments for Wealth Management (WM) to achieve target revenue and volume.
  • Build and enhance relationships with internal customers through the customer profilling process together with the Relationship Manager (RM) before RM visit clients.
  • Proactively access the latest information and deliver it to sales personnel related to internal and external policy & procedure, as well as updates on economic conditions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) of any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Banking.
  • Background as a Relationship Manager (RM) or Specialist in Wealth (Investment Services, Bancassurance & Foreign Exchange) and strong knowledge in Wealth Management.
  • Strong communication skilss, effective in interacting with clients and coordinating across units/divisions to support performance achievement.
