Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia seeks a capable project leader to carry out the North Transition Plan, driving bankwide readiness to achieve the APE target from 2025 to 2039 as per Bancasurance Agreement.

You will manage end-to-end execution of Wealth Business initiatives, ensure alignment with objectives, scopes, timelines, resources and budgets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to monitor risks, resolve issues, escalate guidance when needed, and facilitate the team to deliver

Qualifications

• Min S1 (Bachelor's degree)
• Required knowledge in banking/financial services and finance

Responsibilities

Responsible to carry on preparation and implementation of Sun Life North Transition Plan with end goal of bankwide readiness to achieve the APE target from 2025-2039 as per Bancasurance Agreement.

Project manage the end-to-end execution of all initiatives related to Wealth Business, ensure alignment with agreed objectives, scopes, timelines, resources and budgets. It includes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, monitor risks and issues, drive resolution of project issues, escalation issues for guidance and decision, as well as facilitate project team to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
