Job summary

goldenagri in Indonesia is seeking a Water Treatment Plant Operator to operate the WTP according to WI and schedule, recording all operating parameters in log sheets, and ensuring raw water and materials are checked and fulfilled.

You will inspect and clean equipment, trace daily water usage, report abnormalities to management, follow superior instructions for preventive maintenance, and uphold ISO 22000:2005, Halal and ISCC standards while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate WTP according to WI and schedule
• Record operating parameter data in logsheet
• Check and seek fulfillment of raw water and supporting materials (Water Treatment Plant, chemicals)
• Inspect and clean available machinery
• Run daily WTP water usage data and trace to ensure correct usage
• Report to management area representative immediately if abnormal operating conditions occur
• Address unfair operating conditions per supervisor instructions
• Implement autonomous and preventive maintenance per supervisor instructions
• Ensure quality management systems ISO 22000:2005, Halal, ISCC are implemented
• Maintain all work equipment, keep environment clean, and enforce safety at work sites

Job description

General Responsibilities :

• 1. Operate WTP according to WI and schedule
• 2. Record operating parameter data in logsheet
• 3. Checking and seeking fulfillment of raw water and supporting materials Water Treatment Plant (Chemical, etc)
• 4. Inspect and clean machine available
• 5. Running the actual daily usage of WTP water so that it can be traced to ensure the correct amount of usage
• 6. Report to the management representative area as soon as possible in case of unnecessary operating conditions
• 7. Addressing unfair operating conditions in accordance with the instructions of superiors
• 8. Implement autonomous and preventive maintenance according to the instructions of superiors
• 9. Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, ISCC system).
