Responsibilities
- Responsible for the personnel and daily work arrangements of the incoming, in‑stock, and outgoing teams.
- Implement standard operating procedures and be accountable for operational performance indicators.
- Organize regular learning and training for employees to enhance team operational capabilities.
- Propose improvement plans for operational anomalies, propose system requirements, optimize operational processes, and follow up on implementation and improvement results.
- Continuously optimize warehouse costs and improve operational efficiency.
