We Are Hiring! We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) for our client, a new retail company from China that has been operating in Indonesia since 1992.

Job Descriptions:

• Daily Operation Management: Assist domestic assigned managers in managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shelving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
• Inventory Control: Implement and supervise strict inventory management processes, ensuring system inventory matches actual stock (maintain high inventory accuracy); regularly organize cycle counts and full inventory counts.
• Local Team Management: Assist in recruitment, training, management, and motivation of the local warehouse team (including forklift operators, pickers, administrators, etc.), fostering an efficient and safe work environment.
• Safety and Compliance: Strictly enforce health and safety (K3) regulations, ensuring warehouse operations comply with company policies and local laws; lead safety training and accident prevention.
• System Operation & Reporting: Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems and ERP systems, generating operational reports and reporting to senior management.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant warehouse management experience.
• Candidates with Miniso or OHsome related work experience are preferred.
• Proficient in Indonesian warehouse management regulations, processes, and best practices.
• Extensive experience in inventory management, logistics planning, and team management.
• Fluent in Chinese and able to conduct daily communication in Chinese.
